Detailed Itinerary of 11 Day Botswana and Victoria Falls Safari
Day 1: Arrival & Sunset Cruise
On arrival at the airport, an African Vacations Safaris representative – Driver Guide will meet you at the airport for a meet and greet then take you to the accommodation, where you will be welcomed by a smiling staff who will help you check in. Then have free leisure time to explore the place then have lunch before embarking on an exceptional sunset boat cruise on the Okavango Delta.
After the boat cruise, you will return to the lodge where you can unwind, have drinks and relax. And stay overnight.

Day 2: Full Day Moremi Game Reserve Safari
Wake up early, enjoy breakfast and get ready for the day. With your driver-guide, glasses, camera, binoculars, a hat and head to Moremi Game Reserve for a full day of safari. The reserve is known for its diverse wildlife, including the Big Five, bird species and its beautiful landscape. Enjoy a lunch served at a picnic site during the safari.
Later in the afternoon, you will head back to the lodge and enjoy sunset drinks and a warm & hearty dinner at your lodge’s restaurant.

Day 3: Cultural Tour & Safari
Today you will explore the customs and social behavior of the local people of Botswana.
You will wake up early for breakfast, then go out to explore the culture of the people of Botswana, particularly in Maun. Then head back to the lodge where you will spend some free leisure time, explore more of the lodge and have lunch before heading out for your afternoon safari experience.
Arriving back at the lodge after the safari, you will sit down and relax while you get ready to enjoy a delicious dinner at the lodge.

Day 4: Mokoro & Safari
Wake up for a delicious breakfast and embark on a mokoro excursion on the Okavango Delta, a vast inland river delta known for its sprawling grassy plans which flood seasonally, becoming a lush animal habitat. After this thrilling excursion, you will had back to the lodge, check out and meet your guide for a transfer from Maun to Chobe National Park.
Upon arrival, you will check in, have free leisure time to explore your home for the next 3 nights and have lunch before heading out on your afternoon safari in Chobe National Park.
In the late afternoon, head back to the lodge, enjoy sunset drinks while you get served a delicious dinner.

Day 5: Full Day Chobe Safari
Wake up early in the morning, collect your packed breakfast and get ready to explore the Chobe National Park, world famous for its large herds of elephants and Cape Buffaloes, which converge along the Chobe Riverfront in the dry months. You will have a morning safari, get to enjoy a delicious lunch during the safari and embark on an afternoon safari.
Later head back to the lodge, enjoy sunset drinks while enjoying an Ala Carte dinner at the lodge.

Day 6: Village Tour & Sunset Cruise
Wake up for a hearty breakfast at the lodge before heading out to the village in Kasane where you will get to experience the lifestyle of the local people living in the village and spend the day learning more about their culture and customs.
After the hour, you will head back to the lodge, have free leisure time and grab some lunch at the lodge restaurant before heading out to the Chobe River for sunset river cruise. Later in the afternoon, head back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Safari, Quadripoint & Cruise
Your trips continues in Botswana, wake up very early for coffee and teas then go on your last game drive giving you an opportunity to view the wildlife before the day heats up. After the safari, you will make your way back to the lodge for a warm breakfast then head to your last safari activity, which is a quadripoint tour, a point where the four countries (Zimbabwe, Zambia, Namibia and Botswana) meet.
After the tour, you will go back to the lodge, check out then meet your guide and transfer you to Shearwater Explorers Village situated in Zimbabwe. You will check in, have free leisure time and lunch before heading to your sunset cruise on the Zambezi River.
After you cruise, you will arrive back to the lodge and relax while you prepare to indulge in a warm delicious dinner of your night in Zimbabwe.

Day 8: Scenic Flight, Victoria Fall & Historic Bridge
Wake up to the magic sounds of the majestic Victoria Falls, have a delicious breakfast and embark on a scenic Flight of Angels, the ultimate view of one of the Seven Wonders of the World – The Victoria Falls.
After the scenic flight, a guide will take you on a walking Victoria Falls Tour where you will get to see and feel, The Smoke that Thunders. You will have time to enjoy lunch at one of the restaurants at Victoria Falls and after that your tour continues at the Historic Bridge, where you will have the opportunity to either bungee jump, swing or Zipline off the gloval icon which is the Historic Bridge at an extra cost.
After a day filled with fun at the Victoria falls, you will head back to the lodge where you will have a relaxing time before a delicious dinner at the lodge.

Day 9: Livingstone Island & Elephant Experience
Wake up for another delicious breakfast before heading to the Bamba Tram and explore Victoria Falls in a unique way as it takes you on a special bridge and bush tour over the Victoria Falls Bridge for unforgettable views and wildlife encounters. You will then hop off the tram and go on a guided Victoria Falls Tour on the Zambia side as you enroute to the Devils Pool, which is at the edge of the falls, where you will get to swim and unwind. After lunch, you will go for an Elephant Encounter Activity that will allow you to feed the elephants.
After your day out you will return to the lodge where you can unwind, have drinks and relax then have dinner.

Day 10: Bush Walk, Night Safari & Relax
Today you get to relax and explore your accommodation and all that it has to offer. Wake up early in the morning, have your teas and coffee then go for a morning bush walk where you will see some of the animal’s footprints as well as the fauna and flora before the day heats up. After the bush walk safari, you will head back to the lodge where you will get to enjoy a warm and delicious breakfast while you unwind. You will then have free leisure time to explore the lodge, make good use of some of its facilities which include the swimming pool are and have lunch at the restaurant.
Later in the afternoon, you will embark on a night safari through the heart of the wilderness where you will embark on a night safari through the heart of the wilderness where you will also get to have dinner under the stars. Afterwards, you will return to the lodge where you will unwind and relax.
