Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
To start your exciting 10 Day Kenya Tanzania Wildlife and Zanzibar Beaches, you will meet your driver guide, a representative of African Vacation Safaris and be transferred to your hotel in Nairobi. Depending on your arrival time, you will go for a short tour in the beautiful Nairobi City visiting the Giraffe Centre and the Nairobi National Museum. Have dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Transfer to Amboseli
Following your delicious breakfast, you will be picked up by your guide and embark on a 4-5 hours journey to Amboseli National Park, a popular Kenya Safari destination for its large herds of elephants and the scenic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro – the tallest mountain in Africa.
Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge after check-in , later you will go for an afternoon game drive in search for different wildlife species including large herds of elephants, giraffes, wildebeests, lions, zebras, impalas, kudu, hyenas among others. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Full day in Amboseli
Wake up on a breathtaking panorama of Mount Kilimanjaro, enjoy lunch and then go for a full day game drive in Amboseli with your packed lunch boxes. During the game drives, you will enjoy picnic lunch and continue exploring the beautiful Amboseli landscape.
Expect to see a variety of wildlife inhabiting in Amboseli such as large herds of elephants, lions, leopards, warthogs, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes and a variety of bird species including flocks of flamingoes on the alkaline Lake Amboseli. The magnificent peak of Mount Kilimanjaro provides a stunning backdrop for capturing unforgettable photos.
As the sunsets, you will enjoy the last scenic view of Amboseli landscape, head to back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Transfer to central Serengeti and afternoon game drive
Enjoy early breakfast and embark on a drive to Serengeti National Park with border crossing at Namanga Border, enjoy lunch in Arusha and continue to Central Serengeti.
Serengeti National Park is an iconic wildlife destination in Tanzania as well Africa known for its endless plains stretching over 14,763 sq kms and the abundant wildlife including the Big Five and the Great Wildebeest Migration. The Central Serengeti also known as Seronera Area is one of the richest wildlife habitats in Serengeti, it features the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water sources to this area.
Arrive in the evening, and with en-route game drive through the endless plains, continue to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Full day in central Serengeti
Today you can either have a relaxed breakfast or depart for full day game drives around 9:00 Am with packed lunch and return back to the lodge late afternoon around 6:00 Pm. Or you can depart at 6:00 AM on an early morning game drive. Later return to your lodge for breakfast and relax for a bot and depart on an afternoon game drive with packed lunch.
You will explore the central region of Serengeti National Park, renowned for its incredible populations of lions and leopards, the Seronera area is one of the richest wildlife habitats in Serengeti, featuring the Seronera River which provides a valuable water source to the park. On the game drives, expect to see several animals including lions, leopards, cape buffaloes, wildebeests, gazelles, elands, warthogs, elands, giraffes, lions and several colorful bird species. As the long day comes to an end, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Transfer to Ngorongoro
Enjoy early breakfast and head to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for an exploration adventure with picnic lunch. Ngorongoro Crater is the largest unfilled caldera in the world, it is fourteen kilometers of isolated natural beauty and is surrounded by a ring of extinct volcanoes and the floor, dotted with watering holes, shelters some 30,000 animals.
Descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive, expect to see abundant wildlife including African elephant, buffaloes, black rhinos, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs, lions that are found in plenty. Enjoy lunch at a beautiful Hippo Pool. Later, you will ascend to the crater rim and head to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Transfer to Arusha and fly Zanzibar
After an incredible time in Tanzania’s wilderness, depart for Arusha where you will catch a flight to Zanzibar for a relaxed time on the white sand beaches and blue waters of the Indian Ocean. Upon arrival at Abeid Amani International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your African Vacation Safaris Zanzibar Driver-Guide and transfer you to your hotel in Stone Town for an evening of relaxation, have dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8,9: Full days in Zanzibar
Enjoy the beaches of Zanzibar and spend time in the ancient Stone Town, exploring the labyrinth streets, learning and immersing yourself in the Swahili Culture and history of the Island. Depending on your interests, you will book several water activities you are interested in with your hotel.
Some of the water activities to indulge in on Zanzibar Island include diving and snorkeling on which you will explore the marine life of Zanzibar, swim with the endangered tortoises in Nungwi Beach, go for a sunset dhow cruise among others. Alternatively, you can simply spend time at your beach resort reading a book , swimming in the beautiful pool or lazing around.

Day 10: Departure
Depending on your flight schedule, you will spend your last hours on the beautiful Zanzibar Island resting or take a stroll on the white sand beaches. You will then be picked up by your driver and be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
