Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Lake Nakuru
After clearing with the authorities at immigrations at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will met with your African Vacation Safari Driver-Guide, he will brief you about the safari and embark on a journey to the beautiful Lake Nakuru National Park.
Along the way you will enjoy scenic views of the changing landscape and the rift valley escarpments. When you arrive in the park you will enjoy an en-route game drive as you head to your lodge for check in and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon you will return to the park for a game drive exploring the savannah plains, keep your eyes out for sight of various animals including the Rothschild Giraffes, black and white rhinos, zebras, gazelles, leopards and various bird species including flocks of flamingoes on the shores of Lake Nakuru. In the evening you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Transfer to Maasai Mara
After breakfast, you will checkout of your lodge and drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve, the most iconic wildlife destination in Kenya as well as Africa. Arrive in Maasai Mara in time for lunch at your camp, check in and enjoy lunch and short rest. Later, you will set out for an afternoon game drive exploring the savannah plains of the reserve seeking out some of Africa’s iconic wildlife species such as the lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes among others. As the sunsets, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Full day in Maasai Mara
Embark on an early morning game drive at 6:00 am, exploring the vast expanse of Maasai Mara National Reserve as the day breaks, offering you an opportunity to see early risers and predators such as lions, cheetahs and leopards returning back to their dens from their night of hunting. Return to the camp for a hearty breakfast, followed with a full day exploring of the reserve’s diverse ecosystem with a packed lunch in two.
Maasai Mara National Reserve teems with wildlife from the iconic wildebeests during migration season to zebras, lions, giraffes and Thomson’s gazelles. Keep an eye out for several animals including leopards, lions, hyenas, cheetahs, jackals, and bat-eared foxes. Enjoy lunch at a picnic site along the Mara River, the river boasts abundant hippos and Nile crocodiles. Continue exploring the reserve till evening, head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Transfer to Serengeti

Day 5, 6: Full day in Serengeti
Enjoy a mouthwatering breakfast and head to Serengeti National Park for a full day game drive with your packed lunch boxes. Serengeti National Park is renowned as one of the premier wildlife destinations in Tanzania as well as Africa, the endless plains of Serengeti host annual wildebeest migration on their annual journey in search for water and green pastures. During the game drive you will marvel at the abundant wildlife including an impressive array of antelopes, including elands, topi, impalas, Kongoni, and Grant’s gazelles. With a little bit of luck, you will encounter the majestic Big cats, lions, cheetahs and leopards with each showcasing their unique behaviors in the natural habitat.

Day 7: Transfer to Ngorongoro crater
After breakfast you will check out of your lodge and depart for Ngorongoro Crater driving through the plains of Serengeti. When you arrive at the main gate, you will continue to the view point where you will enjoy views of Ngorongoro Crater from above.
Ngorongoro Crater is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the world’s largest intact and unfilled caldera. It boasts an extraordinary ecosystem that supports a diverse array of wildlife including lions, rhinos, and various other species. The Ngorongoro Crater has a diameter of 20 kilometers, descend into 600 meters for a game drive on which you will see several animals including lions, leopards, buffaloes, gazelles, giraffes, rhinos, cheetahs, African Wild dogs, stripped hyenas and many various bird species including flocks of flamingoes on the shores of Lake Magadi.
In the evening, you will ascend to the crater rim, check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8: Transfer to Tarangire
Start your day early with a hot breakfast, check out of the lodge and transfer to Tarangire National Park for a game drive. The park hosts the greatest concentration of wildlife Tanzania, including large herds of elephants and the massive iconic baobab trees dotting the landscape. In the dry season Tarangire River attracts thirsty wildlife.
During the game drive you will see a variety of animals including lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes and of course, the large herds of elephants. Tarangire National Park is one of the places in Tanzania where dry-country antelope such as oryx and gerenuk are regularly spotted. You will have a lunch break at one of the scenic picnic sites overlooking Tarangire River, continue exploring the park till evening. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 9: Transfer to Arusha then to Zanzibar
After breakfast, you will checkout of your lodge and drive to Arusha where your guide will drop you off at Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon landing at Abeid Amani International Airport, you will be picked up by our guide and head to Stone Town, check in at your hotel and enjoy a short rest. In the evening you will go for a walk in the streets of Stone Town visiting some of the iconic sites including the House of Wonders, the Slave Market and the Forodhani Market for a taste Zanzibari foods. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
