11 Days Classic Namibia Safari : During an 11-day safari, you will explore three of Namibia’s essential natural wonders. We will visit Sossusvlei, home to some of the tallest sand dunes in the world, as well as the Namib Desert. Next, we will journey to Swakopmund, a location where the desert converges with the coast. After that, we will rise along the Skeleton Coast before veering inland into the stunning Damaraland. Our final destination will be Etosha, renowned as one of Africa’s top game viewing locations.

Day 1 : Transfer to Sossusvlei and Namib Desert
After breakfast, we will convene with your safari guide prior to our journey to Sossusvlei. We will journey through the Khomas Hochland before making our way into the Namib Desert via one of the scenic mountain passes. The duration of this trip will be approximately 4 hours, contingent upon the number of pauses taken for photos. Dinner and lodging will be offered at one of the finest lodges in the region, ideally situated in a remarkable location amidst the desert. Namib stands as the oldest desert on the planet, featuring the tallest sand dunes. This area stands out as one of Namibia’s most breathtaking locations and consistently ranks among the top experiences on any safari. Sossusvlei refers to the vlei or pan that receives water from the seasonal Tsauchab River during periods of significant rainfall. The Sesriem Canyon is a small gorge, measuring 1 kilometer in length, that is definitely worth a visit.
Day 2: Discover Sossusvlei and the Namib Desert
After an early breakfast and coffee, we will embark on a morning tour to Sossusvlei and Dead Vlei. As we journey, we will take a moment to appreciate the breathtaking Dune 45 and enjoy our time at Dead Vlei and Sossusvlei. The dunes in the area rise to impressive heights of a few hundred meters, and for those who are brave enough to ascend, the view from the summit is unforgettable. After lunch and a refreshing nap, we will embark on a sundowner nature drive, ensuring we return to the lodge in time for dinner.
Day 3 : Transfer to Swakopmund
After enjoying a relaxed breakfast, we will journey through the Namib Naukluft National Park to arrive at Swakopmund. We will spend the next two nights at a guesthouse, enjoying dinner at some of the finest eateries in Swakopmund. Kindly note that dinner this evening is not included and will require separate payment. Swakopmund is a highly favored holiday destination for numerous Namibians and is arguably the sole place on your Namibian safari that embodies the essence of a genuine town. Swakopmund, nestled between the Namib Desert and the cool Atlantic Ocean, is celebrated for its relaxed atmosphere and has something for everyone. Numerous exceptional restaurants and pubs exist, along with wonderful shopping venues and stunning architecture. Quad biking, sand boarding, skydiving, beach fishing, and panoramic flights over the coastline and Sossusvlei represent just a selection of the thrilling activities on offer. The lagoon, along with its plentiful birdlife, is a notable characteristic of the nearby town of Walvis Bay, which serves as Namibia’s primary harbor.
Day 4: Explore Swakopmund
After breakfast, we will embark on an engaging desert adventure, where we will discover the fascinating wildlife of the Namib Desert and gain deeper insights into this unique environment. We will explore remarkable plant life that flourishes in this challenging climate, along with geckos, scorpions, side-winder snakes, lizards, and beetles. Upon our return to Swakopmund, we will enjoy lunch, followed by an afternoon free to explore the area or perhaps conclude the day with an exciting quad-biking and dune-boarding adventure. Moreover, one can organize breathtaking flights over the coastline and sand dunes.
Day 5-6 : Transfer to Damaraland
After breakfast today, we will continue our safari along the Skeleton Coast heading north. After visiting a shipwreck, we will journey inland toward Damaraland. We will travel through the Brandberg, home to Namibia’s highest peak at 2573 meters. We will reach our lodge just in time to enjoy a sundowner cocktail while taking in the beautiful scenery of this charming area.
Day 7 : Transfer to Etosha National Park
Today we proceed with our journey to Etosha National Park, where we will be staying for the next four nights. Etosha stands out as one of Africa’s largest and most remarkable national parks, and it is also among Namibia’s most sought-after tourist attractions. The area spans 22,912 square kilometers, featuring the Etosha Pan, a shallow depression that retains water only during particularly favorable wet seasons, encompassing 5,000 square kilometers. Etosha National Park is renowned for its stunning game viewing, with the waterholes drawing a significant number of animals during the dry season, when all the open water has evaporated. During the rainy season, the park becomes a lush oasis, teeming with young of many animal species in great numbers. The park hosts 114 distinct species of mammals and stands out as the premier destination globally to observe black rhinos.
Days 8 to 10: Discover Etosha National Park
After breakfast, we will embark on morning and afternoon game drives, interspersed with moments to relax by the pool or at a camp waterhole. The Hartmann’s mountain zebra inhabits this area, which features a distinct landscape and vegetation compared to the park’s southeastern and eastern regions. This location offers a distinctly unique animal experience, characterized by a more varied landscape. In this season, the white clay and dust of the Etosha Pan shift to a reddish brown hue, creating the sensation that you have stepped into an entirely different park upon your arrival.
Day 11: Departure
After a relaxed breakfast, we will head to Windhoek, where you will catch your next flight.
