Detailed Itinerary of 4-Day Greater Kruger Treehouse Camp Safari
Day 1: Johannesburg to Kruger
On arrival in Johannesburg at OR Tambo International Airport, you will be picked up by a representative of African Vacation Safari and drive to Kruger National Park via the Highveld farmlands to the scenic Lowveld. Along the way, we stop for lunch in a quaint village.
After setting in, you will transfer to an open game viewer for a Sunset Drive. After dark, spotlights are used to locate nocturnal animals. Dinner will be an unforgettable Bush Braai at the new Marula Tree Boma deep in the African bush. You will stay overnight in an en-suite chalet in one of our lodges.

Day 2: Greater Kruger Safari
Wake up at sunrise for an exhilarating day in the bush. We will drive you to the remote part of the Balule Game Reserve, where you will enjoy a 4 hours bush walk with an armed ranger. Your experienced and armed field guides will lead you through the bush at a comfortable pace as we search for animals and wildlife.
Also, learn interesting facts about the bush and walk in the wild will certainly get the adrenaline flowing. During this walk, you will have plenty of opportunity to take some amazing photos or even record a video.
We will return to the bush lodge for lunch, and have some rest time. We will go on an afternoon game drive in a private reserve. Afterwards, we transfer to the treehouse camp where you will overnight in one of the fascinating and romantic treehouses.
Day 3: Kruger National Park
After breakfast, you will travel in the open-sided game viewer to the Orpen Gate of Kruger. The added elevation and absence of windows allow for excellent viewing and photographic opportunities. Your qualified guide will show you various animals, large and small, that frequent this outstanding wildlife paradise.
This zone of Kruger has the highest percentage population of giraffe, zebra and antelopes that attract numerous lions and other predators.

DAY 4: Return to Johannesburg
Wake up early for a cup of coffee and go for an early 45-minute morning Nature Walk. You will be shown various interesting details of the bush, including insects, spoor and scats. You might even encounter Nyala and other game on foot.
After breakfast, we leave Kruger behind and drive to the Three Rondawels of the Bylde River Canyon where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. Later, continue back to Johannesburg and stop over at Dullstroom for lunch. We will return you to your hotel or at the airport for your departure flight.
