Day 1: Arrival in Victoria Falls – Zimbabwe
Your safari begins with pick up from the airport upon arrival by an African Vacation Safaris Representative and transfer you to your hotel – Ilala Lodge located just a few minutes from the majestic Victoria Falls.
This beautiful lodge offers a combination of elegancy, comfort and unbeatable proximity to Victoria Falls.
Spend the rest of the day exploring Victoria Falls Town or experiencing the thrill of optional adventure activities like helicopter rides, bungee jumping, or Devil’s Pool. In the evening, enjoy a tranquil sunset cruise on the Zambezi River with wildlife viewing and sundowner’s drinks.

Day 2-3: Victoria Falls to Chobe National Park – Botswana
Enjoy breakfast and go for a guided morning tour of Victoria Falls, then transfer by road to Botswana’s Chobe region. Cross the border at Kasane and enjoy lunch before heading iut on a scenic Chobe River boat safari. Watch elephants bathe and swim, spot hippos and crocodiles, and look out for predators and birds along the lush riverbanks.
You will stay at Camp Kuzuma, a remote tented camp in a private concession bordering Chobe and Hwange. Spend two nights enjoying game drives through this elephant rich area, as well as evening safaris to spot nocturnal species. Between adventures, unwind at the pool or treat yourself at an onsite spa.

Day 4-5: Chobe to Hwange National Park – Zimbabwe
After breakfast, cross the Pandamatenga border back into Zimbabwe and continue to Hwange National Park. Settle in at your lodge – Nantwich Lodge, perched on a hill overlooking a wildlife rich dam. Over the next days, enjoy open-air game drives through the vast landscapes of Hwange known for its 40,000 elephants and high concentrations of lions, leopards, wild dogs and birdlife.
You will do day and night safaris led by professional guides, offering you a chance to witness Africa’s iconic wildlife species in their natural habitats. The lodge’s elevated position allows for exceptional wildlife viewing right from your room or the main deck.

Day 6: Departure
