Detailed itinerary of 9 Day Victoria Falls, Chobe and Okavango Fly-in Safari
Day 1: Arrival at Victoria Falls
On arrival at Victoria Falls Airport, you will be met by our African Vacation Safaris Driver who will drive you to the town hotel where you will be staying the night.
You can decide to spend the rest of the day at rest or go for a walk around town.

Day 2: Explore Victoria Falls
Spend a whole day exploring the majestic Victoria Falls and its surrounding area. The Victoria Falls are listed among the Seven Natural World Wonders, formed where the Zambezi River drops 100m into a narrow gorge. During the wet season, over 5 million cubic meters of water cascade over the falls every minute and from the road, you can hear the roar and see the spray of this immerse waterfall rising up towards the sky as approach it.
In the evening, you will return to your lodge and enjoy final night in Victoria Falls.

Day 3: Transfer to Chobe and Afternoon Boat Cruise
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and visit Victoria Falls again that is if you wish to. You can decide to just relax and explore Ilalal’s pleasant grounds, complete with relaxed local wildlife.
Then cross the border into Botswana by road towards to town of Kasane, head to your lodge where you will spend the next two nights. In the afternoon you will enjoy a boat cruise on Chobe River enjoying sights of large herds of elephants, buffaloes, hippos and crocodiles among others. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Explore Chobe National Park
After breakfast, you will head out for a full day in Chobe National Park on a game drive and boat cruise on Chobe River.
Chobe National Park is located in the Northern part of Botswana and lies along the Chobe River, bordering Botswana and Namibia. The park is the second-largest in Botswana and is known for its superb game viewing all year round.
Chobe National Park hosts one of the largest populations of game on the African continent and is best known for its impressive herds of elephants, on your Chobe Safari it is uncommon to encounter herds in excess of a hundred animals, particularly in the dry season months (June – October).
In the evening, you will return to the lodge to freshen, relax, then have dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Fly to Okavango Delta
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kasane Airport for your light aircraft flight to Moremi Crossing. On arrival at the airstrip, you will be warmly greeted by a representative from African Vacation Safari and transferred by boat to your camp where you will spend the next two nights.
Moremi Crossing is located on Ntswi Island near the most southern part of Chief’s Island. as you fly over the delta, you can the intricate twisting and turning of the waterways and the ever-changing colors where dry land meets the Delta. The channels around Moremi Crossing offer far reaching vistas of the Moremi floodplain, grasslands and marginal woodlands interspersed with Mokolwane Palm Islands.
Enjoy your evening at Moremi Crossing, have dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Water-Based Safari and Walking from Moremi Crossing
After a leisurely breakfast, you will go you will go out for a full day of activity Moremi Crossing.
Moremi Crossing offers different activities from Mokoro trips, game and bird walks, sunset motorboat cruises and island camping. All these activities offer guests a chance to experience the Okavango Delta and its wildlife from a very different, slower and closer perspective. Water activities are water level dependent. When water levels are low, morning and afternoon game drives with sundowner drinks will be offered in a private concession (limited to one game drive experience per night’s stay)

Day 7: Explore Okavango Delta Deeper
After breakfast, you will transfer back to the airstrip for a light aircraft flight east to Mma Dinare Camp in the Okavango Delta. Here you will stay for two nights.
The Mma Dinare Camp is situated adjacent to Moremi, on the southeastern side of the delta overlooking the Gomoti River floodplains. It is located within a game-rich private concession of 272 square kilometers.
On this day, visitors will have the opportunity to go on a guided walking safari. In the evening you will relax on your private deck overlooking scenic landscape while watching the birds and wildlife in their natural habitat.

Day 8: Big Game Safari from Mma Dinare
Today, you will have a full day on safari to enjoy activities around Mna Dinare, on several activities including game drives (day and night), on these game drives driving off track is allowed. Mma Dinare also offers seasonal water activities on the Gomoti River and game walks are available depending on the local conditions.
