Day 1: Arrival
You will be picked up from Kilimanjaro International Airport by our African Vacation Safari representative and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha where you will relax and have an overnight as you prepare for the next day’s adventure.

Day 2: Transfer to Tarangire
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park for a game viewing experience with a picnic lunch. Tarangire is renowned for its large herds of elephants and stunning landscape dotted with iconic baobab trees.
On the game drives you will enjoy the diverse landscape and abundant wildlife including large herds of elephants, lions, zebras, warthogs, lions, cheetahs, baboons and impalas among others, before head to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Transfer to Serengeti
Enjoy breakfast, depart Tarangire for Serengeti National Park with a drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy en-route lunch along the way, arrive in the park in the late afternoon and embark on a game drive as you head to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Full day in Serengeti
Start the day with a delicious breakfast, meet your driver guide and head to Serengeti National Park for a full day game drive with your packed lunch boxes. Enjoy a morning game drive and afternoon game drive with picnic lunch served at one of the picnic sites in the park.
Serengeti National Park is widely known as the best place to go for a safari in Africa mainly because of the Great Migration and the Big Five. In the endless savannah plains, the enormous, stampeding herds are impressive, as the vast amount of predators living here. Over 4,000 lions, 255 cheetahs, thousands of leopards, 3500 hyenas and hundreds of wild dogs thrive in Serengeti Plains. With your experienced guide, you will search for these wildlife together and have an amazing experience seeing them in their natural habitat.
At sunset, you will return to your lodge in time for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Transfer to Arusha then fly to Arusha and Stone Town Tour
After breakfast at the lodge, you will depart Serengeti for Arusha where you will be dropped off at the Arusha airport after lunch for your flight to Zanzibar. You will be received by our African Vacation Safaris Zanzibar Guide/ Drive and transfer you to your hotel in Stone for short relaxation and refreshing.
In evening you will go for a Stone Town Tour, have a guided walk through the storied alleys of this ancient town and visit several sites including the Old Fort, Christ Church Cathedral among others. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 6,7: Zanzibar Beach Safari Tour
These two days are all about relaxation on the beautiful beach of Zanzibar, lounge on the powdery white sands of Nungwi Beach, swim in the warm waters of Indian Ocean, or sip a cool drink under the sun.

Day 8: Blue Safari Experience
Enjoy breakfast, then depart to Fumba Village for a Blue Safari Experience. On this memorable experience you will sail aboard a traditional dhow, cruise the blue waters of Menai Bay, feast on fresh seafood and tropical fruits, and enjoy snorkeling among the vibrant reefs. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 9: Prison Island, Spice Tour
Have a delicious breakfast and prepare for a full day exploring Zanzibar remarkable attractions, the Spice Plantations and the Prison Island. On Spice Tour you will get to know why Zanzibar is known as the Spice Island, on these huge plantations you will be welcomed by smell of several spices including nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon which you will get to also as well as several tropical fruits like jackfruit.
