On the 1st day of the safari, your safari guide will meet you and pick you either at your hotel in Kampala or at Entebbe International Airport. He will welcome you and belief you about the 2 days safari. After the beliefing you will embark on your journey to the park, as you leave the bustling city of Kampala behind, you will pass through the quaint villages, where you can see the locals going about their daily lives, tending to their gardens and selling fresh produce by the roadside. Along the way, you will also catch glimpses of the majestic Equator, where you can stop to take pictures and learn about the significance of this iconic landmark.
The drive also takes you through the picturesque countryside of the Ankole region, known for its stunning scenery, rich cultural heritage and vibrant markets where you can see colorful textiles, crafts and local delicacies on display.
