Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Murchison Falls National park and Rhino tracking.
On the first day of the safari your safari guide will pick you from Entebbe International Airport or from your hotel in Kampala. He will welcome you and belief you about the 5 days safari. After the briefing you will embark on your journey to Murchison falls national park. Along the way you will have a stopover along the way for the enroute lunch. After lunch you will proceed with your journey to Ziwa Rhino sanctuary, with the impressive views along the way. And once you arrive at Ziwa rhino sanctuary you will go for the rhino tracking with the experienced guides you will track and observe these magnificent creatures on foot, learning about their behavior, habitat and conservation status. During the experience you will spot various wildlife which is such rewarding. After the experience you will proceed to Murchison falls national park, and once you arrive you will check in your lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight stay.
Day 2: Morning game drive and boat cruise.
On the second day of the safari, wake up early in the morning and enjoy breakfast, after breakfast you will meet your safari guide and go for the morning game drive, this is the perfect time for the game drive to where you will catch the sighting of the early risers. You will drive and see a variety of the wildlife that includes the big four mammals of the big five mammals that includes the lions, leopards, buffaloes and elephants, and among other animal species that includes the impalas, antelopes, zebras and among others, during the experience you will explore the stunning spots in the park like Paraa area, Delta area, Buligia area, Chobe area and among others to have the unforgettable safari memories. After the experience you will transferred to your lodge for lunch.
After lunch, you will go for the boat cruise on Nile River to experience more of Murchison falls national park. This is where you will explore more wildlife along the water shores, including the various bird species and animal species. After the experience if you are fit enough you can explore and hike at the top of the falls to observe the region and the falls from the best spot that is at the top. After the experience you will be transferred back to your lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight stay.
Day 3: Transfer to Semuliki national park.
On the third day of the safari, wake up early in the morning and enjoy your delicious breakfast. After breakfast you will check out from your lodge and meet your safari guide and embark on your journey to Semuliki National park. This drive is almost the whole day driving experience, this is where you will pass through a diverse range of landscapes and communities, offering a glimpse into rural Ugandan life. The scenic drive takes you through the Albertine Rift, with the stunning views of the Rift Valley escarpment, Lake Albert and the Blue mountains. You will also drive through the town of Masindi and Hoima, with the opportunities to stop at the local markets, try traditional foods, and interact with the friendly locals. Along the way you will have the enroute lunch. After lunch you will proceed with your journey to Semuliki national park in the late afternoon. And once you arrive you will check in your lodge and be served with dinner, relaxation and overnight stay.
Day 4: Exploring Sempaya hot springs.
On the fourth day of the safari, wake up early in the morning and enjoy your hearty breakfast, after breakfast you will be transferred to the Sempaya hot springs. This is where you will have the opportunity to visit both the female and then male natural hot springs that have geysers at the hot temperatures. This is a unique and unforgettable experience that allows you to witness the park’s remarkable geothermal activity through various trails as you explore numerous birds that includes the Black-winged starling, Congo Serpent Eagle, Ituri Batis, Long-tailed Hawk and among others. This experience will end in the early afternoon and after the tour you will be transferred back to your lodge and be served with lunch. After lunch you will spend the rest of the day relaxing at the lodge or optional after lunch you can go for the guided nature walks, this is where you will discover the hidden attractions like rare bird species, exotic plants, and among others. Tis guided walks provide a unique opportunity to learn about the park’s ecosystem. After the experience you will be transferred for dinner, relaxation and overnight stay.
Day 5: Departure.
On the last day of the safari, wake up early in the morning and enjoy hearty breakfast. After your breakfast you will check-out from your lodge and then meet your safari guide and then begin your journey back to Kampala, this is a scenic drive that takes you about 5 to 6 hour drive and along the way you will have the enroute lunch. After lunch you will proceed with your journey until you arrive in Kampala. And once you arrive your safari guide will drop you at a location of your choice that is at your hotel in Kampala or to Entebbe International Airport to catch a flight back home.
