9 Days Uganda Tour : This tour starts and ends on a high note with rejuvenating boat cruises, unforgettable encounters with mountain gorillas, nature walks, fruitful game drives and a cultural journey around some of Uganda’s 53 tribes. The first destination you will visit is Bwindi impenetrable national park, a well conserved forest where gorilla trekking tours come to life. At Queen Elizabeth National Park, you will pursue tree climbing lions and indulge in the splendor of the some of the world’s 10 most beautiful crater lakes. Kibale National Park on the other hand will treat you to astonishing encounters with 13 primate species, the foremost being chimpanzees. If you are passionate about bird watching, you can’t miss out on the two hour nature walk at Bigodi wetland. The cherry on the cake for this trip is a visit to Murchison Falls National Park, a big 5 destination with Africa’s most powerful waterfall. Day1: Pick up from Entebbe International Airport and transfer to Bwindi Gorilla Park
By road, the journey to Bwindi takes about 7-9hours. As such, if you fly into Uganda early morning or the day before, our driver guide will pick you up from the Airport/your hotel for this road trip. One of the major stopovers for the day is a spot where the Equator passes, dividing the earth into two hemispheres; the Southern and Northern. Here, you will be treated to an illustration that explains why ocean currents in the Northern hemisphere spin in the clockwise direction, while those in the Southern spin in the anti-clockwise direction. The other major stopover is at Agip Hotel in Mbarara District, where you will be treated to local Uganda cuisines with a nourishing feel. After, you will carry on with the remaining 4 hours journey to Bwindi forest via the stunning undulating western land scape. Upon your arrival, you will check in at Mahogany Springs/Buhoma Lodge/Gorilla Safari Lodge/Lake Mutanda Resort. Meal plan: H/B
Day2: Uganda Gorilla Trekking at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After an early morning breakfast, you will embark on a short drive to the starting point for gorilla trekking in Bwindi forest. The guided gorilla hike unfolds at a leisurely pace with as many stopovers as you need to recover whenever you are worn out. Porters are available for hire. They will give you a helping hand whenever you need to get past obstacles that come your way. After about 1-4 hours of hiking, you will come across a family of 4-32 gorillas roaming free in search for food. Having been habituated, they will happily welcome you into the world, allowing you to discover what makes them extraordinary.
After the trek, you will return to your lodge to relax as you enjoy the priceless views of Bwindi’s lush jungle and its chains of mountains. Meal plan: F/B
Day3: Bwindi Gorilla-Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, you will depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park, approaching it via the Ishasha southern sector. Here, you stand chances of seeing the rare African tree climbing lions. Other wildlife species that dwell in this part of the park include oribi, topi, warthogs, water and bush bucks among others.
After an hours game dive in Ishasha, you will proceed with the journey to Mweya peninsula, a starting point for rejuvenating boat cruises on Kazinga Channel. It is a vast river connecting two freshwater lakes in the Albertine Rift Valley, Lake George and Edward. This two hours adventure provides a relaxed way of viewing wildlife as they come to quench their thirst at the shores. Usual sightings include elephants, buffaloes, toppi and lions. By the end of the trip, you will have lost count of the number of hippos and crocodiles you will have met.
Dinner and overnight at Mweya Lodge/Katara Lodge/Enganzi Lodge/Bush Lodge. Meal plan: F/B
Day4: Game Drives
Have breakfast and after go for the dawn game drive looking for the wildlife in the open savannah. Be on the lookout for lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes, giraffes, warthogs, topi, oribi, water and bush bucks among others. This experience takes 3-4 hours and after return to lodge for refreshment and lunch. Then in the evening take the unforgettable nature walk to some stunning crater lakes, two of which are ranked among the world’s 10 most beautiful craters.
Thereafter return to lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: F/B
Day5: Departure for Kibale Forest National Park
Have breakfast and thereafter drive to the viewing point of Kyambura gorge to get a bird’s view of an underground forest that is home to 10 chimpanzees, monkeys and variety of bird species. If you wish to pursue the exhilarating chimpanzee trekking that takes place here, we are happy to pre-book for you the adventure.
Have lunch and thereafter embark the safari jeep and transfer to Kibale Forest with the fabled view of the mountain of the moons.
Dinner and overnight at Kyaninga Lodge/Ndali Lodge/Mountain of the Moon Hotel/Kibale Primate Cottages. Meal plan: F/B
Day6: Chimpanzee Trekking & Bigodi Walk
Have early morning breakfast and after transfer to the park head offices. Kibale National Park is Africa’s primate kingdom, boasting up to 13 species of both new and old world apes, inclusive of nocturnal species like potto and bush babies. Your adventure will start off with a briefing after which, you will enter the forest to start the search for enthusiastic chimpanzees in the tree branches.
In the evening, you will visit the Bigodi wetland for the eco nature walk to search for the rare shoe bill, Sitatunga, white and black colobus, vervet monkeys and manageably. Return to lodge for dinner and overnight, Meal plan: F/B

Day7: Safari to Murchison Falls National Park
Have breakfast and after embark the safari jeep to take the full day drive transferring to Murchison Falls National Park with lunch en-route.
Upon your arrival, you will visit the top of the falls to experience the sheer force of nature as the entire river Nile squeezes itself through a seven meter wide cleft of a rocky landscape.
Transfer to Paraa lodge/Murchison River Lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: F/B
Day 8: Game Drives & Boat Ride
Have breakfast and after go for the dawn game drive looking for the wildlife like the lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes, giraffes, warthogs, topi, oribi, water and bush bucks among others. This experience takes 3-4 hours after which you will return to lodge for refreshment and lunch. Then in the evening take the unforgettable boat cruise along the River Nile towards the bottom of the falls. This boat cruise takes 2-3 hours, unfolding along the shoreline of the world’s longest river, a preferred dwelling point for Murchison’s animals. Thereafter return to lodge for dinner and overnight. Day 9: Murchison-Kampala/Entebbe
After breakfast, embark the safari van and visit to the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino tracking on foot. Soon after your lunch, you will be transfered back to Kampala/Entebbe for your return flight. End of services
