6 Days Unique Bat Migration Safari in Kasanka National Park : From October to December annually, approximately 10 million straw-coloured fruit bats gather in a small area of evergreen swamp forest within Kasanka National Park, located in Northern Zambia. This natural phenomenon, found exclusively in Kasanka, offers remarkable birdlife sightings amidst breathtaking scenery and striking skies.

The Bat Migration is an astonishing display of nature and an experience that should not be missed! The impressive number of bats is remarkable, but it is the ambiance that truly elevates the experience – the dramatic skies as early summer rains approach, majestic raptors such as crowned and martial eagles diving through the bats in flight, and the familiar Kasanka highlights like the elusive sitatunga grazing in the misty dambos at dawn. This place is a paradise for genuine safari lovers.
