Day 1 Arrival and Pickup
Your journey begins with a flight from Johannesburg to Hoedspruit Airport. Board your flight to meet your representative, who will guide you to the road transfer to Rockfig Safari Lodge, where you will be staying for the next four nights. Upon reaching your lodge, take a moment to unwind and prepare for the afternoon game drive, where you’ll have the opportunity to observe wildlife on your very first day.
Day 2-4 Explore Kruger National Park
These three days are dedicated to your enjoyment of wildlife viewing in Kruger National Park. Every day begins with breakfast, followed by a morning game drive in a vehicle designed for just four guests. This arrangement allows for a more spacious experience while observing the wildlife, including predators such as wild dogs, leopards, and white lions as they hunt their prey. Upon returning to the lodge after your drive, you can unwind by engaging in leisure activities such as swimming, reading a book, or sharing stories with fellow guests. Later in the afternoon, you embark on your game drive to observe more of the wildlife. The wilderness is alive with movement, and you may catch glimpses of some of its inhabitants while at the lodge.
Day 5 : More Adventure in Kruger National Park
Your final day at Kruger National Park is here. As you cherish the beautiful memories created during your stay, you will be transferred to Mozambique, where you can unwind and prepare for the road transfer to MQP airport, ensuring you arrive in time for your flight to Vilanculos. Upon your arrival at Vilanculos airport, a representative will greet you and facilitate your transfer to Santorini at the resort. Here, you will have the opportunity to experience a variety of beautiful attractions, including the stunning blue waters, vibrant markets, and local shops in Vilanculos town.
Day 6-8 : Adventure in Vilanculos
During these three days, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of activities and facilities that the resort provides, including kayaking, stand-up paddling, snorkeling, beach volleyball, beach cricket, a 15-minute hand or foot treatment spa, and fishing equipment available for your use. A snorkeling trip to Magaruqye Island or a guided tour to Vilanculos are both included in your stay. For an additional fee, you can indulge in various optional activities such as spa treatments, scuba diving, boat trips, scenic helicopter flights, deep sea fishing, dhow sailing, and horse safaris.
Day 9 : Departure
This morning, you savor your breakfast before being transferred to Vilanculos Airport for your flight back to Johannesburg Airport, where you can connect to another flight home, carrying with you unforgettable memories from Timbavati Reserve and Mozambique as a whole.
