Day 1: Arrival and Stone town tour.
On the 1st day of the safari, your safari guide from African Vacation Safaris, will pick you up from the Zanzibar Airport. He will welcome you and introduce to you the 4 days safari, after he will transfer you to your resort and check in and be served with lunch. After lunch you will go for the Stone town tour.
The stone town tour is a captivating and immersive experience that takes you through the narrow, winding alleys of Zanzibar’s ancient town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will explore the historic landmarks like the House of wonders, the Old fort and the slave market and then discover the rich cultural heritage of the town, that is influenced by the Africa, Arab and European traditions, you will also encounter the vibrant markets, ornate architecture and among others.
After the experience you will be transferred to your resort for dinner, relaxation and overnight stay.
Day 2: Prison Island and spice tour.
On the 2nd day of the safari, wake up early in the morning and enjoy the hearty breakfast, after breakfast you will meet your safari guide and go for the prison island and spice tour.
